LOG-IN INFORMATION
TO BEGIN: Click on Sign In at the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
ADVISORS: Choose Club from the drop down menu. FFA Chapters have already been loaded for your convenience. Your password has been provided in an email from the Fair. There is a reset password option if needed or for further assistance call the Fair at 515-262-3111 x246.
EXHIBITOR: Choose Exhibitor from the drop down menu.
NEW EXHIBITOR: Create an account and establish a password. Each exhibitor who plans to show needs their own account. Account must be created in the student/exhibitor name.
RETURNING EXHIBITOR: If you created an account last year and submitted entries, use the same first name/last name and the chapter password (check with your advisor) or click Reset Password. A new password will be sent to the email address on file.
PASSPORT: ShoWorks Passport is a way of creating one exhibitor account to keep year-after-year and use across all fairs and shows that use ShoWorks. (Optional)
TIP
SAVE CART and SAVE OFTEN! Saving your cart is the only way to keep user data and allows you to return later to complete your nomination submission. You must have at least one item in your cart to save it.
NOMINATIONS
In addition to a completed online nomination, DNA (hair) samples must be mailed to the State Fair on or before May 15 for the following nominations to be valid: All Meat Goats, All Carcass/Commercial/Market Sheep, All Swine.
The Code of Ethics form must be submitted to the Entry Office on or before May 15 for all exhibitors with nominations.
The Horse Identification Form along with 3 color photos must be submitted to the Entry Office on or before May 15 in addition to a completed online nomination.
All nominations submitted by the exhibitor must be approved by the FFA Advisor before nominations are finalized.
